WEATHER CONDITIONS AND REFUND POLICY CLAUSE
The staging of the event is subject to weather conditions and potential incidents beyond the organization's control. In the event of rain, storms, or other adverse weather conditions, the organization may implement temporary pauses, partial modifications, relocations, or any necessary adaptations to guarantee the safety of attendees and staff.
These circumstances shall not constitute a cancellation of the event, provided that it can continue to take place, either fully or partially, during the scheduled hours.
No full or partial refund of the ticket price will be issued when:
The attendee has already entered the venue.
The event has been held partially or for the majority of its duration.
The interruption is temporary and the event resumes afterward.
There are weather-related causes or force majeure events beyond the organization's control.
A refund will only be considered in the event of a total cancellation of the event with no possibility of being held.
